Last night was Westons Vintage cider. Deceptively strong at 8.2%. This morning, it's monsoon malabar coffee with a slightly longer roast. Very smooth.

For a start, the EC's linux netbook has gone to his dad's to get sorted, since I don't actually have a working account on it and can do nowt with it so he is now computerless. And the games he is currently obsessing about are windows ones which will only work on his brother's desktop. There's a lot of politics.

And the wii remotes, keyboard, mouse, and mobile are currently all confiscated.

It is very, very good. I am, however, prejudiced against it because I understand that it is the favoured malt of one Antony Charles Lynton Blair and drinking it reminds me of him. If I want to do really peaty, I go for Lagavulin.

Anyway, if it wasn't Monday* I would raise a glass of Glenlivet (the only malt I currently possess) in your direction! Cheers!

*Each Monday I poison my liver with 17.5 mg of methotrexate, so I tend to give that shrivelled organ** a couple of days off the ethyl alcohol at the beginning of the week. By Wednesday I tend to be past caring.
