Edelstoff. Something light to wash down the pigs knuckles, duck and... shortly, apple strudel mit ice cream and whipped cream.  Tomorrow morning I shall probably be enjoying a breakfast of gout.

All the most advanced and dedicated wheel suckers drink Glenlivet. That is what you meant, right?
Riding a concrete path through the nebulous and chaotic future.

Washington Hills Merlot.  Very good for its price range.  £6.99 from the Co-op in Brum.

But WHY is it £8.99 in the Co-op in Lampeter?  >:(

There again, there's a lovely Oyster Bay that is always around the £11 mark in Brum, but is usually about £7 in the Llandysul Spar.  :D

Very odd.
Admission.  I'm actually not that fussed about cake.

Fuller's Vintage Ale (2003)
"Although we are obliged to state a best before date of 2006, like a fine wine or whisky, this mellow and golden ale will improve with age for many more years"

Came home with a couple of bottles of the 2013 version, and had to make room - such a hardship  ;D

A 1972-vintage 25 year old Macallan, which I bought at the end of 1999 and only opened this year, to mark my [REDACTED] birthday.

I foolishly had a look at what it goes for these days, and nearly had a heart attack:o

Waitrose bottled mineral water from the Stretton Hills.

I apologise for this. My sis-in-law gave us three bottles for our journey home yesterday. She is one of the few people I know who has a good reason not to drink her tap water: they are not on the mains and have their own bore-hole/sludge pit up the hill. The water is laced with quite a few chemicals which make it rather unpleasant to drink straight from the tap. She does make tea with it though.

Neat Campari.

Well I say "neat" - I've actually diluted it with gin. It's one of those nights.

Weak (by my standards) black tea.
It's about the only thing I can keep down at the moment :(

Pink gin fizz. Or more accurately, a gin (Tanq 10) sour with bitters and fizzy water.  Nice!
