Last cup of coffee of the day. I wouldn't usually have it after 5pm ish but I ground it earlier and didn't want to leave it until tomorrow.

Monsoon Malabar from my Bialetti. It's not as nice as through the Gaggia though. :(

Luksusowa direct from the freezer.
Since I'm planning to audax tomorrow, this probably isn't the wisest thing to be doing.

Coffee, Nescafe Azera, to be precise.

Need to wake up at some point today, preferably before I head home....

A cardamom chai teabag infused in chocolate almond milk. Wasn't sure it would work, but it does!

A good slug of Aldi's dark rum with Morrison's fresh pineapple juice (with a hint of lime) and topped up with Aldi's diet tonic. Refreshing.
There's no vibrations, but wait.

Oh dear.  The Country Girl are doing two ales for a fiver. (Instead of £6.30 or whatever)
Admission.  I'm actually not that fussed about cake.

The last of my Highland Park. Damn, that stuff is just a little bit too drinkable...

Last night I supped a pint of a Kona Brewery golden ale infused with pineapple. It sounds soooooo wrong but, after a day walking around in humid heat, it really hit the spot. Lovely stuff!

Ooh, that sounds really lovely.

I'm drinking Hooper's Raspberry and Elderflower.  I bought it because I thought it was some kind of craft fruit beer, it looks like a beer bottle, but it's not beer.  It's really delicious though.  I can imagine drinking it outside the Blue Bell in Kettlewell after a day's sweaty summer cycling, lightly flavoured, refreshing, cool.

Airport poured hoegaarden. At nearly £7 a pint. Strangely there is no perceptible improvement to the flavour. Maybe it is just me.

At £7 a pint, I'd want a neck'n'shoulder rub by a dusky maiden thrown in as well.  :demon: ;D :demon:

The Botanist, Islay gin from Bruichladdich.  Well, if Mohammed can't go to the mountain, the mountain will have to come to Mohammed;  if it has to be distilled to 46% proof and put in a rather pretty bottle to facilitate its travel, so be it.

McGuigan Classic Merlot while I'm listening to the election stuff on 5 Live (and posting on here obv.).
It's not great (the wine); their Cab. Sav. is much better.

I bought it at a discount on Morrisons.
The discount wasn't enough ............

I don't think Merlot on it's own is v good.

I'm at the parental unit and big brother has on offer Gordon's with a spot of Elderflower.  I'd like a taste but i'd like a taste of someone else's before I commit....

It can be but don't ask me to give a recommendation because I can't remember.

Earlier I was drinking Tesco's Finest Garnacha; it's currently on sale and it would be (IMO) worthy of inclusion on Bazil's "Cheap but not horrible ...." thread.

Last night was a bottle of Lidl's Batturrica Gran Reserva 2007. Very good for (IIRC) £5/bottle.

It went superbly well with the tapas.
