Certainly not - I'm having some Waterford Rose Mary right now.

Of course not!  What else is one to drink with lunch? Wine is fine from lunch time onwards.  It is uncouth to drink wine with breakfast, that is when one opens the champagne.  8)

German red wine.  Spatburgunder.  It's pale, very see though, like Ribena; and very drinkable.

A liquid almost, but not entirely, unlike tea.  The Nutrimatic Drinks Dispenser here has a lot to learn.

I am NOT going to be drinking home distilled, Hungarian palinka (fruit brandy) made from dried redcurrants. No sir!

I am drinking something entirely like tea. A nice cup thereof.

Just made a cup of Yorkshire to revive me after my 18 mile ride - seemingly, all in to the wind.

A tasty new beverage called "Notalcohol", principally comprising two parts hydrogen to one part oxygen, lightly seasoned with carbon dioxide. Mmmmm!

I'm trying to lay off the booze for a bit. It's been eight days since my last beer, which is a good start, though my resolve has not really been tested yet.

Might see if I can last until the office Christmas party (no way am I putting myself through that ordeal sober).

(I'm out of ale, having quaffed my last OP and Badger earlier).

A nice mug of warm water to bide me over for a few hours - I foolishly made a 10:45 appointment for a fasting blood test.

11:00 could be good - there is a cake shop 100 yds from the phlebotomist.

Fuller's Golden Pride (8.5%) - 2 for £3 at Waitrose. Glad that tonight, I finished the shelf off in my local branch. That promotion was a bit much for me.

Milo  :)

Hadn't heard of this stuff until I was working near Lyon years ago - this was one of the choices at breakfast, to be drunk from a bowl.
