Monmouth coffee's Finca La Fany Apaneca Red Bourbon, extracted in my Aeropress and diluted down to an Americano strength. It took a little tweaking to get the brew method right (20g ground almost as much as you would if you were making espresso, toppped up with half a press of water at 85 degrees and left to steep for about thirty seconds, if you were wondering)

It's rich and full and chocolaty, without a single hint of bitterness. I could drink it until it comes out of my ears.

I have a bottle of Weston's Vintage cider and 2 bottles of Brakspear's bitter in the fridge. Normally I wouldn't chill bitter, but I realise after trying a bottle why it was £1 a bottle and I'm trying to disguise the taste.

The cider is yummy, but 8.2%!

I think you have to call or email them - they will do mail order but I hear they charge a lot for delivery (ie only worthwhile if you're buying bulk). Monmouth is great but I mainly go there because it's near work. There are some very good specialist online coffee retailers - eg hasbean.

If you can find some of this Tinganga Estate anywhere else, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
