My lovely chilli plant is covered in whitefly - what best to do?
It is on an indoor windowsill and thus far I have been using sellotape to remove the worst of the wee buggers but I don't think I'm winning the fight judging by the sickly looking state of the leaves.

Do not clench. It only makes it worse.

I did try a little washing up liquid in water but the flies had already done too much damage to mine

I suffered the same with my parsley, so I put it outside for a week or so and the other bugs had all the whitefly away. The lack of whitefly predators indoors is your problem I think.
