Woo Hoo...they've Arrived!
« on: 11 May, 2009, 09:55:36 pm »
Our Bromptons finally arrived today, after an eight week wait.  They're both M6Ls and we got them on our work's 'bike to work' scheme.  We went out on a little ride tonight and I really like the riding position; although, I might have to invest in an extended seat pillar.

So the some pictures, you'll see we've stuck to traditional colour schemes:

One of the reasons behind getting the Bromptons was that there was no room in the shed with the 6 other bikes (2 x audax, 2 x touring, 1 x pashley princess, 1 x hybrid)

I like the orange and lemon colour scheme, but the toothpaste and lilac is wrong.

...but that's only four each, you're not really trying.  You still need at least one tandem, some recumbents, and an ordinary. ;D
Actually, it is rocket science.

  I do like the lilac and turquoise.  There'll not be many of those cutting about Embra.

Is that a bottle of Buckie sticking out the bar bag in the top photo?

Glad to see you're maintaining the usual high standards
It didn't look at all like that in the photographs

Well spotted.  I thought that it was a nice touch that added to the photo composition, as well as being a lovely tipple.

Ditch the audax bikes and use the Bromptons - you know it makes sense!
