A reference to Kevin Bloody Wilson, nice...
You can’t just call time out and stroll on into the beach if you don’t like the way things are goin’.

I'm giving tonight a miss, sorry. Had a slight cold last week and today it's come back to bite me; feeling very blocked-up, sluggish and post-viral. I'll save myself for this weekend's adventure: Knight's Templars helpers' ride, I hope ...

Actually, at the moment, it seems a long way to Chelmsford, I'm a bit busy tomorrow, so I won't be out tonight. I hope you can all enjoy yourselves without me.

Wouldn't this evening be excellent Arrow training?

It's not so far for a finely tuned athlete such as yourself surely? I was looking forward to being informed about the intricacies of organic farming.

I'm not too worried about Arrow training, but I'm sorry we won't be able to discuss organic growing psyclist. I was just thinking about what you were saying about planting to attract insects, a good idea, create a balanced ecosystem to control pests👍 as well as being a pleasure to yourself.

Good idea, but I've fallen asleep on the train before and woken up on the way to Norwich, a bit of a shock.

I thought with your core training regime they were now calling you the “Man Of Steel”?

After all that I’m going to give tonight a miss as well. Bad post covid day and no heating at home - cosy in front of fire
