I've just sent off a letter to the taxman.

By my estimate, he owes me around £2800 in overpaid tax.

I think I've got the position more or less right on Red now.  No knee problems on the FNRttC, although it's possible that the after ride rehydration session may have helped numb any problems. ;D
Actually, it is rocket science.

Welcome, sun, back to the northern hemisphere.

Now give us some decent warm weather!

Rico, one of my cats, failed to come home on saturday night and hadn't been seen since. I had checked the roads for him and checked my sheds and garages and nothing. This morning I was going to print out a missing poster and notes to put through doors asking everyone to check their garages (he is a demon for getting shut into places, even inside cars!).
I woke up this morning ready to put my plan into action to find Rico curled up and snoring in the radiator bed in my bedroom  ;D

I am so relieved. I am pretty sure he managed to get himself shut into someone's garage on saturday and got out when they went to work this morning. A couple of years ago he disaappeared for an entire week and came home emaciated and dehydrated (it was hot weather), pretty near death. I now have a flap in my garage so he no longer gets locked in there, but there isn't much I can do to stop him going into other peoples. He never seems to learn from his bad experiences, I think Rico is a bit special  ;D

Well, maybe a man-cat, Rico is definitely gay  :D He often curls up with my neighbour's cat Henry, the two of them seem to be best buddies. He wasn't with Henry yesterday though as I checked.

Or maybe a dog! Mrs Cudzo's parents used to have a (male) dog which was not only gay but a gay cat-fancier. Mind you, they also once had a cat which ate cucumber and tomato.

Sober and not smelling of cheap perfume is probably a good idea too.

This truly is good news. I can do a regular day at work with extended commute either before or after without needing lights! It's not even a practical thing for me, I just find myself in a much better mood riding in daylight after work

I am chuffed because my PC is now mended and I can go and pick it up this afternoon. The good news is that all that was wrong was the heat sink fan wasn't properly seated on the processor, so a new £20 one of these and it s fine with no need to reinstall anything  ;D

I had been thinking I might have to shell out for a new motherboard and all the PITA associated with setting it all up again and recovering data!
