Briefly : 1 hour of track riding in a 2 hour session (4 x 15 min spells, with breaks) - 1300 - 1500 on Sunday 15 Feb - Manchester Velodrome.
Cost is £18.00 per person, including track hire share, track bike rental and track coach - only extra is about £3 to hire shoes if you want them (bikes have Look pedals or toeclip adaptors) - no problem for novices, about a third of the group haven't ridden the boards before - anything else? - ask!
