For many years I've mentally used the near anagram "crap rack".  :-\

Kim, is that you referring to weirdo things on the internet again?

'carp ark' for me is a legacy from an art project where we got people to become stuffed toys on Twitter[1].

Brace yourself, there's a 'squishup carp ark', too.

Had me puzzled for a while - and searching for a member called DTB.

I didn't spot any identifiable forummers today but think I was spotted by someone or other driving a dark car - may have been a Ford Focus but couldn't be sure - who hooted and waved as they were circumnavigating the Rettendon Turnpike roundabout at not long after 2 o'clock this afternoon.

Mystery person(s), identify yourself(ves)!

I fit the description but it wasn't me.  I thought I would offer this info in an attempt to be helpful and so you could eliminate me from your enquiries  ;D

I still don't know who it was. I wondered about your good self, OD (but then don't we all  :-*). Given that there were no MPDs to be seen I suspected that it probably wasn't.

Good work Wow, that made me snort
In case of doubt, I've met OD (twice as it happens and it was a joy on both occasions).

Thank you Mr Br, you're lovely too. I must try to get up to Manchester again in the foreseeable future.

Oi Wow, what does "MPD" mean?

That Kim and that barakta on the way home tonight.
I could tell it was them 'cos they came to the door when I rang the doorbell at Kim & barakta's house.    :D

How lucky am I, having such an emergency fettling station on my commute route?

Thanks

We had an all day breakfast and a chinwag.

Nice to see you again Absent ...  ;)
