And the Circle Line to teach them to observe the Sabbath and never go to London on it.

Cycling on my local monthly cycle rides today found us using a bit of the Oxford to Cambridge route for a few miles. I was passed by a bloke and thought he looks familiar ???
I passed him going up through Woburn park and on stopping to wait for the others in my group he pulled up and asked who I was on the forum

Hello Adrian  ;D

Saw Little Wheels and Big and Velo Yellow (of course) at the start of the Perth-Albany-Perth 1200 an hour ago.  Also (not sure of forum names here) Judith Swallow, Peter Turnbull and Julian Dyson.

Weather fine and cool (9 degrees at the start).  86 starters.

Thing1 spotted today at the junction of Priory Lane and the Upper Richmond Road – my neighbour from across the street was also in the same ASL although he isn’t a forumite

Saw Origamist again.

Well, he saw me, but, since I saw him back, this isn't another self-spot :-\

It's a bit dispiriting to be doing 30kph, passing other cyclists, and have someone steam past not seeming to be making any effort...
Getting there...

I'm having to get used to it.  :-[
I don't think that I'm massively slower than I used to be.  I think there are a lot more fast riders than there used to be 15-20 years ago.

Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.  :smug:

And again last night.

Look - let's just assume for the foreseeable future that, if I don't say otherwise, Origamist has, at some point, zoomed past me. ::-)

Rob Bullyment, occasionally of this parish, encountered on London Bridge this morning.  Sadly we were both almost at our destinations so the opportunity for chat was somewhat diminished.
Why should anybody steal a watch when they can steal a bicycle?

Quite apart from Andrij (who I was riding with), Rogerzilla and the FNRttS folk who I was riding to, Wendy teaching people how to roller blade in Hyde Park. They seemed to be having fun.
