Wasting time.

I have no work to do but I can't leave as I have a meeting at 4.00 p.m.

I've already cleared my desk and my drawers. I've backed up my files and deleted the folders that don't need archiving.

I'm up to date with my emails and I've set the out of office.

I have another two days of being bored to come...

Watching someone who has taken a total of about 6 minutes to park their car on a patch of frozen slush outside. Initially I assumed they were having traction problems, on account of the wheelspin, but it later transpired that they couldn't tell were the kerb was (the ice causing a false-positive of the "wait till the back of the car goes up" reversing sensor), and seemed lacking in spacial awareness.

They've managed it now, though, and are now peering concernedly at the front wheel...

Cursing the central heating boiler for choosing to break down now

Working earlier this evening, correctly showing demand on CH & HW timers, but nothing doing.

20yr old Potterton Prima 60, regularly serviced.

Huddled round gas fire the in lounge, hoping it's some form of cut-out temporarily tripped, & see what happens in the morning.

Waiting for the man from ~~U.N.C.L.E.~~ car insurance breakdown cover to come and fettle my car, which has decided to be non functional and non starting in a typical italian Fiat Fix It Again Tomorrow style....

Google searches gives all sorts of possibilities, from defective ECU, through to duff starter motor (doesn't sound like it, as the engine does turn over, just not fire up), duff crank shat sensor or defective temperature sensor. BAttery replaced a couple of months ago.

And the man from ~~Del Monte~~ RAC found a car which started first time, with a couple of intermittent faults found in the alternator & coolant sensor... Faults cleared and no further action to be taken.....

I had that experience yesterday. Expensive (DETH) rattle coming from the engine department. Took it to the garage and all running sweetly.

Just uploading my ride to Strava. Have a rare late start for work so decided to do something healthy and active. I was out on the MTB as the pot holes are horrendous around here. Still a lot of snow out on the trails though, all good fun.

I tried to get Citroën lhm fluid but the main dealer had none in stock
