Re-fitting the boiler flue, which involved expandy foam.  It really is horrendous stuff to deal with. No matter how much you try, you can't avoid getting it on your hands and now I'm a sticky mess.

For reasons best known to someone else, the people that lived in this house before thought it was a good idea to fill the small gap between house and porch with that stuff. It's a bugger to remove.

In other news, I did a very poor job of dodging raindrops. The wind was mostly behind me fortunately, so I flew, with worrisome literality at times.
