Eyeing up a rather nice touring bike. It would need a bit of customisation*, but 'as is' it ticks nearly all the boxes. If I have to make a decision between buying a replacement for the Ribble or getting the touring bike, the latter will win. Unless, of course, my employer ever gets around to implementing the Bike To Work Scheme...

* Does anyone here ever buy a bike 'off the shelf' and not spend up to half the purchase price 'tweaking' it?

I beat that with my snow bike, I spent over twice the new cost of the bike on bits!
