How long does cooked turkey last in the fridge?

We've bought a turkey crown for Christmas day, and will have quite a bit left-over.  But we're due to go to rellies on Boxing day for a couple of nights - so what can we do with the cold turkey?   Can you freeze cooked turkey ???  We could just leave it in the fridge I suppose...

I think after a year, I'd throw it out.
It is simpler than it looks.

You are too quick for me Jaded.  ;D

Seriously, I don't see why you can't freeze it. We often freeze cooked chicken meat for use at a later date. It would probably be OK in the fridge anyway until you got back.

OK, plan of action... freeze half to use in a pie or summat, and leave the rest in fridge for the traditional pickle fest when we get back.  :)

I'm making a big batch of turkey currey this evening, most of which will be frozen for later consumption.
