My current supermarket favourites are Colliers Welsh Cheddar, Hawkes Bay New Zealand mature cheddar.
My 'hands off that or lose them!' favourites are The Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company's
Cave Matured
and
Vintage
cheddars.
