Registration's
been open for a while, but time is running out for the "early bird" pricing.
Meanwhile, I went for a
wee training spin
last Sunday.

Long weekend in Cape Town! Decided I should do this one now or never, but I enjoyed it so much I think I'll be going back to do it properly. As in actually cycle further than 300km total since the 2015 Lap of the Lough!
