Lucy is a member of VC167 and she's just emailed the club to say that for International Women's Day she's giving an online talk about how women can get the most from their training whilst building long term health.

She says the topics will be:
* Working with your menstrual cycle to get the most out of your training
* Peri to post menopause
* Strength and conditioning
* Kit considerations
* Nutrition
* Plus time for a Q&A at the end
