We could wait for stragglers to appear at The Compasses and then set off together?

If I make a special effort to leave home before 19:00 - I should be able to make the Spiritual Home by 19:30-ish. Knowing some of those COR bits, I think I'll be on a suitable machine ...

I did wonder about channeling Oaky and doing tomorrow evening on fixed and 28mm slick tyres but have decided to throw a leg over Fred instead.

I will leave the ACME C elders decide upon the venue with their ancient wisdom.  No work on Thursday, so may take a recovery stroll to Tomsk Towers to drop off my perm card in his letterbox.

I have to warn you that the latter COR around Mashbury Road is not known to me, so fingers crossed...
You can’t just call time out and stroll on into the beach if you don’t like the way things are goin’.

Proposed "COR, would you look at that" route to the Walnut Tree taking in the delights of Dunmow Lane and Jiber's swimming pool.

When you say swimming pool, which one, there's two venues now!

We have been arriving at 8 lately - not sure why but it seems to work - particularly if you are using Ivor the Engine to get home.

Let's say 8.30.

Terrible recent attendance from me but I’m attempting to ride to/from the new office tomorrow.  40 miles each way.  I could detour on the way back but feel I might be a bit tired to be entertaining company.

The earlier meet time was introduced by me to accomodate having to sit outside and probably not wanting to do that until 11pm or later, so early start means does not mean early depart  ::-)
I should be able to be in Rowhedge for 8:30 and will start off with the intention of an earlier depart for the 90 minute ride home.

Welcome to my world !

We can switch to somewhere less easterly if necessary.

A recent development means I will be doing a solo ride and return home without interacting with anyone this evening.  Hope normal service will resume next week.

I'm in - I don't care which team.

You need to choose, you’re buggering up the system!  :-D
Sorry, I think I am out. Too achey from yesterday and the house to myself makes it too tempting to just be lazy.

"Teams" on a Wednesday night - what have I missed out on over the last couple of days?!

Couldn't have made anything tonight anyway - late evening conversations about flimsy hospitals...

Just passed Oaky on his way in the opposite direction and was rather rudely ignored by Fandango at Stanway Sainsbury’s this morning
