Title: Mini Projectors?
Post by: andyoxon on 13 July, 2020, 10:37:54 am
Has anyone tried a mini projector for 'home' TV etc, inexpensive £75-150 ish range?  Any good?   For 'occasional' use I'd say.  Any 'must have' projection spec / connectivity e.g. WiFi?

I have a mini one that was for work presentations (most rooms I meet in now have video screens, so I rarely need it for work) I have used it for films, TV, photos etc.

Miroir M220A

It has a battery, but comes with a powerful USB C charger that you need for film length items. It has HDMI and USB C video, and self focussing, and auto keystoning. LED light source and 720p

I'd watch for resolution, light output and aspect ratio. There were quite a few out there I rejected because lower res, or low light output.

Ok thanks.   :)  I notice that many say 1080p 'supported', but are actually much lower native res e.g. 480p

Yes, the native res is key!
