RIP (Runs In Plenty) indeed.  I remember collecting cards from packets of sweet cigarettes.  Everton was one.  Never knew the keeper David Murray was his son.  I'm pretty sure Everton kept wicket in some tests, too.

Neither did I.

When I was at college I had a pal from Domenica. His name was Errol Carbon. He and I used to discuss cricket a lot, and my memory may be deserting me, but I think for some reason he didn't like David Murray. Or was it Deryck Murray?

Like David Murray, Errol was quite partial to a bit of ganja...

Don't know. I have negligible experience of one and none of the other.
