.... I bought a screw-on freewheel.  I think I'm going to fit it!!  Oh the joy of not having to pedal downhill!!      :D

Am I a philistine? 


Any resemblance to any other thread, either living or dead that may or may not have contained an elementary spelling error is completely coincidental.

When I posted I was talking about a fixie!   :P

It's now a single speed.

Although I just remembered (after a test ride) why I hadn't bothered with the freewheel before now.  It's to do with the rear brake.  :-\

I've just screwed on the freewheel as I wont to experiment with rolling down the hills on this weekends 600 in preparation for the welsh 1000.
