Nice thanks. Not too sure about the proof reading though - Event 30 "Deil Tak the hindmost"?

Event 30 "Deil Tak the hindmost"?

What's wrong with that?? Perfectly constructed in Scottish...
I would interpret it as an elimination race...

Absolutely. Pronounced Dee-ul

And about the only track event I am even moderately passable at.

You know me so well  ;D As it is an elimination race there is no incentive to be first or even fastest in the early rounds, so I find a naive rider, box them in on the inside and hope the chap in front realises he is not going to be passed..  Works for the first few rounds then I am struggling to keep up..

It's a damn good tactic.  And I noticed that in the grasstrack Devil at Mildenhall, there were some naive riders burned off at the start, and faded fast as they'd failed to realise how many laps they were up for.  So the ones who were about 2 & 3 from the back did best in the end. ;D

n-1 is a good enough position. Ride Canny as the club sage says - you'll do better than just riding hard.

Pretty much spot on £100 so prizes are about the same now as then.
