Unable to sleep, i consider the fact that ‘St John’s Wood’ is the only tube station whose name contains none of the letters of the word ‘mackerel’.
Internet affirms that ‘Pimlico’ and ‘badger’ are a similar pair and leads me to this website (https://www.reload.me.uk/tubewhack/). Thinking about places I’ve been on the bike in 2018 gives the following tubewhacks:
Macclesfield = Borough
Lismore, Ardrossan Harbour, Worsley, Pott Shrigley = Bank
Arinagour, Scarinish = Temple
Machynlleth = Woodford
Hindringham = Stockwell
Glandford = White City
Cley next the Sea = Woodford
Trafford Park = Chigwell
Wasdale Head = Brixton
Port Askaig = Debden
