Take a bunch of avocados and squash them up into a bowl without the skin and seed obviously, take tub of prawns and mix in with the avocados. Then take some smoked salmon, add a little pepper and lemon, put a large generous table spoon of the avocado and prawn mixture at one end of the smoke salmon and then roll up into a tube. Tie with a little rocket and you have a starter/snack fit for a king. Yummy.
