We went to our local butcher several weeks back (there's still one) in an attempt to be local but he was completely booked up. So someone is doing well. Though he did with surprising cheer point out that the 'other butcher was dead' so he was doing them on his own. I didn't enquire as to the cause, I don't want to know if he fell headfirst into the sausage machine.
