Looks like the other cars on the left are parked partly on the pavement too. In some parts of That London this is actually mandatory, such as in some of the back streets near Larrington Towers.
Its legit on some streets, such as this one, around here.
But some people blatantly take the piss.
If you trace a line straight down the photo from the badge on the boot lid, you can see the faintest remains of white paint, which is as far on the pavement as their nearside wheel should be.
It's not even as if this is a narrow road.
I think you'd struggle to get a wheelchair or pushchair through there.
