No phone calls, no chasing up Head Office, no sending the card back to get the correct details.
Simply an email 3 weeks ago to remind me that renewal was due and that the DD would be taken in two weeks time. The new card then turned up this week, with the correct details and in plenty of time before my membership anniversary on 14 May.
And it's cheaper...
