I don't mind the cold air, but then I don't really run fast enough to be truly gasping - it's really my legs holding me back at this stage, not my heart+lungs. I've always liked running in the cold, much less hassle than cycling - this is a big reason for trying to get back into it, especially in the light of numerous dodgy wheels-
vs-ice moments in recent winters.
