I actually like the Salsa Scott... I wonder if they'll do it in a different colour (the Vomit Green) is a bit off-putting).

Any idea on how much?

Over here, the complete bike will be $2,000. Not sure where else they'll be selling it. I'm guessing the color is set, since these are made in a factory in Taiwan. At least a good coating of mud should tone it down a bit.
