I was imagining something more blanket-like, flatter, but... yeah. (See, that just shows what a brilliant idea it was! I think... )

Or just fit a front fairing on a recumbent which will keep you warm and the rain off for the most part. At least whilst moving.

I have an old lightweight cycling (summer cape) , t'was given to me  by a member of this parish, (it was his mums) , but being 6'2"  , it is woefully small.  If you'd like it to try as a 'bent 'proof garment , or even cut a wedge out, to trim its girth, you are most welcome,  first pm gets it.
