quick question; for the AAA championship can only 50% of points be from perms?

No.  Not subject to the same provisions as distance award.

No.  Not subject to the same provisions as distance award.

Agreed.  It does not apply to the Fixed chapionship either, but does to the Tandem, Trike and Recumbent awards in the same way as the points total for Individuals, Juniors and Vets.

What are the provisions for the distance award? Cannot find anything about them in the Handbook.

10.1 Points awarded: Members shall gain points at a rate of 1 point for every 100km ridden in BR and in BRM
ridden, in the UK or overseas, the PBP and Fleche Velocio. These points shall count for trophies awarded by AUK
with the exception that for individual points trophies listed under Guideline 5, the number of points gained by a
member from Permanent events must not exceed the number of points gained in Calendar events.
