Just making sure:
if I start a 600km this Saturday (October 31st) and finish Sunday 1st, it counts for the 2019/2020 season?
a 615km (actual distance) ride will have a 43 hour time limit, finishing in say 42 hours still counts for the SR award? (ie. SR is not the BRM limit but BR)

Yes.
My understanding is:
- Starting date is the date the ride is counted in. So yes, it counts for 19/20 season.
- Perms have a lower minimum speed of 14.3, so for 615k you get 43 hours, and yes SR is BR, not BRM.

I am thinking about doing a 400k DIY from Caen (France) to Ostend (Belgium) using some of the Eurovelo route 4.
My question is how do I go about entering. Do I enter through AUK or do I need to enter elsewhere?
I am a member of AUK.

Enter with your usual DIY Organiser. See the sixth paragraph here:

Have a good ride!

I'm thinking about riding Cycling UK's Cantii way route in Kent as a DIY perm. Starting in Ashford, likely date is 24th of June, the route is 240km, plan is to submit the first 200km as a DIY, riding clockwise from Ashford.

I understand the route is not as hardcore as parts of the King Alfred's Way.
