Helpdesk ticketing system for outlook/exchange

Where I used to work, we had a helpdesk addin for outlook that allowed people to create tickets & assign them to other members of the team.

I would like to implement something similar to this at my new place but can't remember who made the addin.

Anyone got any recommendations? Needs to be cheap  :thumbsup:

Can't help you with Outhouse, but I've just installed a general one that allows tickets to be assigned, will do email replies to customers, admin alerts and also poll an email address to accept tickets by email. OsTicket. Open Source. Seems quite capable.
It is simpler than it looks.
