Simplest way to view 3gp movies on Windows XP

Files are from my (rather ancient) Nokia phone. I hate installing YetAnotherVideoPlayer, but I guess I need something. Is a "3gp" just a wrapper for a more common format - in which case can I just extract it?

What's the lowest impact free stuff I can install?!? :)

(Of course the videos are sh1te, but I think that's my fault ... )
