In The Before Times I was cycling with some mates around Belgium. Our route took us to Mons, where the whole town was engaged in a ~~Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity~~ huge piss up which includes St George killing a dragon. And beer. Much beer.

Being FOREIGN from ABROAD they seem to do this on Trinity Sunday and not on Shakespeare's birthday like God intended.

This is true but half of England goes on holiday to Spain for two weeks every year anyway so I feel a bank holiday for this might be superfluous.
