Rond Magura Forks
« on: 12 June, 2009, 04:47:39 pm »
I own an oldish but rather unused pair of Rond Magura sus forks, now they had sat with the dial/top cap missing for the last two years as I managed to loose the screw assembly in the fork station, then the dial went missing during a move.

I rang the UK Magura chaps yesterday and the replacement preload dial was in the post this morning - free of charge.

They make certain other fork manufacturers look like fly by night spivs.

Buy a Rond/Magura as they have a direct UK service agent, you don't have to go through some uncontactable "distrubutor".

A little customer service goes a long way.
