It's female, about 12 weeks old, and as yet still called 'Cat' - It's so small it curled up on a video case and fell a sleep yesterday. Fetched it on xmas eve, it slept all day untill we got into bed and turned the lights out then it started crying (think we should call it 'Durex'?).
We got it because no.2 son, who when asked what he wanted for xmas just said 'another cat'.
There was an advert in last weeks local paper 'kittens free to good home'. It was 1 of 4 and I think we 'rescued' it from a crazy cat lady in the dirtiest house I've ever seen. There were about 15-20 cats running around the place including feral cats who she said had just set up home there and she'd never been able to pet them. One of the toms was trying to get the mother of the kittens pregnant again. The place stunk, there was cat shit under the table and in the corner, half eaten dead animals that the cats had brought in. The chickens that were in the yard obviously slept in the conservatory from the amount of feathers and sh1t we had to walk across to get into the house.
