Here's Ozzy now he's grown up. He is a beautiful and extremely soft cat who lets you pick him up, turn him over and tickle his tummy. A complete softy.

I've just been hunting for the kitten photos that you posted, before I realised that you must have posted them on ACF rather than here, so we can't make a direct comparison.

Talisker also doesn't really like being picked up like most cats. I've only had him since he was one or so, and he was like that from the start, so it's probably how he was treated as a kitten. He does however tolerate being picked up like a baby, and as you say, having his tummy tickled.

He is also a total softy. A cattery I used before moving to London said that he was the most relaxed cat that they had ever met!

Ozzy had a bit of an explore of the hen house today

He got in through the run door, walked up the ladder into the hen house and then the chickens returned and he was cornered! I had to let him out through the egg port!

So far the two new arrivals have been mostly hiding, under the radiator and under the sofa. Probably trying not to be chosen by my sister when she comes to collect!

Good news! They've been using the cat bed I put in the room they are in. Shame it was to wee and poo in.

Here is the best so far - of them before they were coaxed out of the cat carrier
