OK, so it's Walmart, but they have some very good ales in the offer...

Morrisons regularly do an offer like this, then, rather cheekily, up the price to 1.75/bottle. Best to stock up when the offer is on as the price hike only usually last 2 or 3 weeks. FWIW Morrisons seems to have the best selection (certainly in NTR)

For some reason, my local Tossco has a very extensive range of stouts and porters. I think they will match the Asda offer sooner or later and I shall take advantage for the festive season.

Aldi in Derby seem to do ales for £1.25, including Old Peculiar, as a matter of course.

And it's very much on my way home.

And if it have the longflap instead of the Barley...
