Now that the war on motorists has been called off, it's back to persecuting cyclists.
If you're lazy enough to cycle across Albert Bridge (footpath only at present), you'll find a couple of PCSOs hiding at the north end of the bridge.
Of course, they're not hiding, they're simply sheltering from the wind...
No problem for me, I always walk, even in the dead of night, I enjoy the changing river views.
