Please join me on the Great Expectations bike ride to Rochester on Sunday 7th March.
The ride from will support the project work of HealthProm, a charity promoting health and social care in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, to make a difference to the lives of orphaned and disabled children in Tajikistan.

Great idea malcomio!
You may need to take a closer look at your proposed crossing of the River Darent though.
What looks a little like a bridge is, in fact, a
flood defence
and affords no crossing of the river.
You'll need to come inland and south at least as far as the A206 to cross the Darent.
Good luck with the ride!

This a great ride and I wish you well. I live in Rochester and recently caught the train up to Lewisham and then cycled back using this route. I would love to do it again, but I am away that weekend.
