Wall-to-wall puking

Miss Z the elder has a stomach bug, and isn't enjoying it

Washing machine on second load, bits of sofa drying, carpet will need a good VAX-ing  :(

Erm, I just replied to this, or so I thought but it was under a different name.  Mmmmm makes sense now.

Poor lass! I hope she gets better soon!
If she won't swallow Dioralyte, try half strength Lucozade Sport or similar.
Try Dioralyte first though.

Warm lemonade with sugar added. Worked for Mrs MSeries the Elder and me.

I tried but got the 'error or off-limits' board.

Ohh not nice.  I hope that things start to improve a little very soon.  Sip clear fluids and if possible some dioralyte.

Big hugs

Thumbs up for Dioralyte.
It brought me back to the land of the living when I thought campylobacter was taking me elsewhere.

No, someone was logged in using the test account to ensure that locking a thread kept the poll available  :-[

A bucket, clasped closely.

Miss Jaded is a master of asking for a bucket and then using it. Her brother was somewhat less adept.
It is simpler than it looks.

The last time I had to ask for that I was in A&E, and they were remarkably adept at finding something very fast.  I suspect they've had more than a little practice!

Smacking your head hard into the kerb does some to help with causing this. :-\

Not nice though, commiserations for Miss Z the elder.
Actually, it is rocket science.

Son2 was doing the sick thing in the night.  I got home from PSU at Cardiff at 1am only to find him on the floor bed in our room next to Mrs G.  I had just missed the last performance but could smell the bleach when I came through the door so I knew something was amiss.
I didn't miss the second though.
This morning - right as rain so far.  Playing the Wii - very happy little boy so fingers crossed.

Kids rebound so quickly don't they?

Last time I had a stomach bug (courtesy of one of the kids probably), I was lying around clutching my guts groaning and whimpering for three days.

Anyone under 16 in the house had a few hours feeling green, followed by a barfing session, and were right as rain an hour later.

S'not fair  >:(.
