I'd prefer it if he were pointing the gun at himself at the time. However, I think it unlikely that he would be the one to trigger a leadership challenge, for the reason Polar Bear gives. A low ranking 'stalking horse' seems more likely, with the Johnsons, Hunt, Gove and whatever else crawls out of the cabinet, joining in for the second round.

Pisses me off that they swan around in expensive BMW's and yet JLR make perfectly good alternatives. They could try using vehicles built in this country even in the company is also foreign owned.

Jaguar Land Rover is based over at Gaydon these days and they are building a facility for electric car batteries in Coventry. Longbridge was the old BL / Rover site, opened a few years back by the Chinese owned MG company but now closed once again I believe.

I would have thought that rural Warwickshire would be good for a few tory votes.
