I got to that bunkhouse with 15 minutes in hand. From there it was plain sailing though!

Apart from the unexpected heat. I kept taking naps during the day for the last 2 days.

Is it still the longest one you have done or have you done any more Simon ?

I imagine as I think it was Marcus on the programme said at the end a certain emptiness, did you have a down turn ?
