Cheltenham Flyer Taster (Permenant) - GPX File

Hi Folks,

Normally I wouldn't ask, but I have just received the brevet card for this baby through the post and really want to ride it on Wednesday. 

However, I am a bit tight for time to work out how to program/create a GPX file myself so it would be truely amazing if any of you have ridden this previously and could help me out with kindly providing the file.  I have emailed the organiser to (as he said he may have a few files for the shorter routes) but am asking here too in case he doesn't pick up the mail before Wednesday. 

I know I can 'just' follow the routesheet, but I daren't risk it Wednesday as I will be a bit tight for time in the evening and will not be in a good place if I get lost.

Thanks in advance for any help (please don't shout at me for being a numpty!)

If that's the 100km route, I might trouble you for the gpx in a few weeks if you don't mind. I hadn't seen the ride before but it looks like a good'un, and practically on my doorstep too.
