What to use in headtube while forks are sent away?

I've just looked at my fixed wheel and noticed it also has a Racelight 12K Carbon fork.
Kinesis have already asked for the Etape fork back, and now potentially I will have to send this one as well.

My question is - when I take the forks out - what can I put in the headtube to support the handlebars etc?
The wheel is easily stored apart, but I don't like the idea of the cables being stressed without the handlebars in the normal place.
