Title: Federal week of Cyclotourism 2021 (Valognes, nr Cherbourg)
Post by: Suffolk Born on 28 September, 2020, 07:25:50 pm
After a very strange year something to look forward to next year at the end of July. Those of you may have been before to this event can tell everyone how good it is - no matter what one, two, three, four wheeled machine you ride you have events each day of various lengths you can ride with people from all over the world.

Next year is good for anybody from blighty as it is a few miles south of Cherbourg, easy cycling distance from ferry port.

I had dossard #7 for this year's event. Full praise to the organisers for giving full refunds in a timely manner.
I hope to participate next year. Entries usually open third week of January.

Fantastic events, I've been to three of those (Mer, in the Loire valley;  Quimper in Brittany, and ? inland from Rochefort).  Well worth attending, the way they are organised has a few little quirks but some of the best cycling days that I've experienced.
