Pig sick of them.

Current issue is that my 810 seems to have developed a habit of crashing once it goes over 200km and deleting the ride.

Not a battery issue, it had 20-odd per cent left the other day and everything up to date.

Anyone else having this problem..?

Only thing I can think is that it doesn't like following a 200km+ route/course?

I've heard of that (some kind of distance limit) before, but not being an Edge user I'm not clear of the details.  I've seen people talking about saving tracks and joining them up later to avoid crashes.  The eTrexes don't seem to have that problem.

An eTrex with autosave on will work quietly and correctly over a whole 1000k.  Can you autosave on the 810?

My and A.N. Other had our Etrex 30s both crash at the same roundabout on the Brevet Cymru last year at 300-odd km. He lost his track. I did not. Garmin are not good at software.
